A few of us in Houston (Matthew Sailors, Susan Hoover, & myself) decided to get together and set up a train layout. We met at the Texas A&M Institute for Biosciences and Technology (IBT) building in the Texas Medical Center (Matt's work place).

Matt and I set up our train stuff on tables and ran 3 or 4 trains continuously throughout the meeting. Susan showed up with a lot of monorail stuff and set up some track. Matt brought a TON of other stuff too, including many old sets (mostly from the 70's).

Other people showed up as well, but not for the whole time. Matt's boss and a coworker came in for a bit, checked out our stuff, and we discussed a variety of Lego-related things.

We spent a while in Matt's office, which is appropriatly decorated (but I don't see how he gets any work done ;-)
